Job Description
The Electrical Site Supervisor role is a critical position within the organization. It involves supporting and coordinating site-based activities, leading and coordinating teams of electrical engineering trade professionals on-site.
* Safety Management: Ensure a safe workplace with safe systems of work, competent personnel, and safe working practices culture.
Responsibilities also include supervising activity/work package delivery, recording daily activity logs for all site activity, liaising with various trade professionals to organize new work areas and ensure smooth coordination, managing direct site staff direction to designated work areas.
Candidate Requirements:
* A senior trades qualification or equivalent coupled with five plus years' experience ideally in commercial industrial sectors or pharmaceutical/medical device type industries could be beneficial but it not must have that at this time of hire. Strong understanding relevant job duties are required as well knowledge electrical transformers etc so you can interpret schematics drawings technical information remain accurate part project delivery, besides possess good people skills communication ability fast paced environment plus robust decision making under pressure often needed most important qualities shown by result oriented attitude record when success happens
