Role Description

The Project Coordinator/Manager will play an integral role in the successful execution and delivery of projects. The selected candidate will assist in managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that tasks are executed within budget, scope, and timelines. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone to develop a broad understanding of project management practices while contributing to the overall success of various projects.

Key responsibilities include developing project plans, scheduling resources, managing stakeholder communications, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet the agreed-upon standards. The Project Coordinator/Manager will support project teams by coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and identifying any risks or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Additionally, the Project Coordinator/Manager will assist in coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring that project resources are allocated effectively. The role will involve working closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and fostering collaboration across all project stakeholders.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments to meet project goals.

Time Management: Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) is a plus.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to various project management methodologies and changing project requirements.

Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail, ensuring all project documentation, schedules, and reports are accurate and up to date.

Relevant Academic Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

* Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies: Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
