Job Opportunity
A motivated and technically strong accounting professional is required to take a leading role in the development and delivery of accounting and corporate administration functions within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full accounting lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, including management accounts and statutory reporting.
* Maintain corporate books and records in accordance with relevant regulations.
* Prepare financial statements (statutory and management) for both listed and unlisted entities.
* Liaise directly with auditors, lawyers, clients, and other external stakeholders.
* Coordinate and schedule audits, and manage audit queries efficiently.
* Complete VAT and other relevant tax filings where required.
* Ensure accurate and timely receipt and recording of financial documentation (e.g. invoices, bank statements).
* Maintain CRO filings and corporate registers for client companies.
Requirements:
* Newly qualified accountant (ACA, CPA, CIMA or ACCA).
* Proven experience preparing financial and statutory accounts for Irish entities.
* Familiarity with consolidations, derivatives, and complex accounting matters.
* Strong understanding of IFRS/IAS and audit requirements.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
* Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Sage 50 Professional, and Sage Accounts Production.
* Financial Services experience is a bonus.
