GTS has successful, ongoing initiatives focused on Performance improvement, Quality improvement and the environment.The GTS Process Manager will advise, challenge and assist cement process performance across the CRH cement plant portfolio. They will recommend operational and industrial process improvements to the Opco Plant management teams to improve efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability. This position will report to the Process Lead.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesMake sure that the work delivered in process area corresponds to higher value for CRHDemonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areasSupport plants in troubleshootingAnalyse Plant operations and propose Process Improvement recommendations including Cost/Benefit AnalysisUndertake benchmarking studies and process audits to identify both weak and successful practicesCoordinate performance tests on operating plant systems to determine the efficiencies of the equipmentProvide assistance to management to ensure Plants operate within environmental and quality performance regulationsPrepare reports on the process improvement initiativesContribute to knowledge sharing within CRH.
