We are seeking an accomplished Transformational Project Lead to spearhead our current business transformation endeavour.
* Delivering large-scale transformation programmes and projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards;
* Leading the execution of major project and programme activities, encompassing business process design, testing, end-user training, and collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include cultivating valuable relationships with clients and internal peers, developing a portfolio of business by focusing on high-impact opportunities, and ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent, high-quality work products by teams.
The ideal candidate will possess approximately 10-15 years of Project Management experience, outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, and a solid understanding of project governance and change management principles.
