About the Role
The Maintenance Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the Maintenance department, focusing on data management, filing, and communication with staff, suppliers, and centres.
This is a part-time role, working Thursday and Friday in our Naas office. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Data inputting and exporting
* Filing and document management
* Scanning and photocopying
* Maintenance call handling and query resolution
* Budget monitoring and reporting
* Invoice processing and accounts payable
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Fluent written and spoken English
