Our multinational organization is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This 6-month contract position offers the successful candidate a unique opportunity to develop their skills and experience in recruitment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual interviews across multiple time zones and locations.
* Maintain data on applicant tracking systems throughout recruitment processes.
* Analyse scheduling reports to track and identify trends.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience through each recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience.
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Familiarity with scheduling in multiple time zones and regions.
* Experience with Microsoft Office software or similar.
* Experience with HR software and coordination scheduling systems.
