Our Kitchen Team are looking for a highly motivated full time Kitchen Porter. The ideal Candidate would have at least two years work experience in a busy Kitchen role. A basic food hygiene course is desired but will be provided if not up to date.
Job Description
* Carrying out cleaning tasks within the Kitchen
* Collecting and washing up pots, pans and kitchen equipment
* Cleaning crockery & cutlery and ensuring food preparation sites are clean and ready.
* Unloading equipment and food from deliveries.
* Ensuring the storeroom remains organised.
* Deep Cleaning
* Ensuring all cleaning records are maintained
* Making sure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitised
* Good time management
* Ability to work in a high pressured environment
* Attention to detail essential
* Carrying out daily cleaning tasks as per Head Chef
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €13.50 per hour
