Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid position based in Dublin with flexibility for remote work. As a Business Analyst, you will collect and analyze business requirements, document workflows, and design solutions to improve processes. You will act as a communicator between stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable insights, and ensure solutions align with overarching organizational goals. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business outcomes.

* Strong Analytical Skills to assess and solve complex business problems
* Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Processes
* Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and teams
* Experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing Business Requirements
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Prior exposure to projects involving technology and AI-related processes is advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferable
