Serving as a strategic leader in Technical Learning & Development, you will drive site-level learning strategies that align with global frameworks and address local needs.
* Act as the site lead for technical Learning & Development, fostering alignment while addressing unique requirements
* Collaborate with senior leaders and the global Centre of Excellence to deliver innovative learning solutions
* Design and implement site-specific technical learning initiatives that support compliance, manufacturing excellence, and employee growth
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree minimum, 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, and strong knowledge of GMP and compliance training.
