Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager - M&E Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team as we continue to expand our operations in the residential sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical contracting, with a proven track record of managing large projects and leading high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing project scope, timelines, and budgets;
* Managing and coordinating site activities to ensure timely completion and quality delivery;
* Leading and motivating a team of professionals to achieve project objectives;
* Collaborating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful projects;

Requirements:

* Relevant third-level degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Project Management;
* 10+ years post-qualification experience in senior management roles;
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects;
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills;
* Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders;
