Position Title: Key Account Executive
Classification: 10 Month Fixed Term Contract
Reporting to: Director, Inside Sales
Location: Shannon
Position Summary:
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team across international markets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated individual with a creative approach to problem-solving and strong organizational skills, capable of managing and prioritizing a varied workload independently.
Main Responsibilities
* Prepare, update and distribute weekly/monthly reports and dashboards as required
* Maintain accurate and up to date information in relevant systems such as Monday.com
* Understand the products – a flair for technical learning will be a distinct advantage. Keep abreast of any changes and make sure to have the most up to date information possible.
* Be able to support sales with presentations, product set up, sample requests and other internal tasks.
* Track and report on sell through received from accounts and work to ensure they are up all up to date
* Work on own initiative to identify areas for potential process improvement
* Assist with training if and when required
* Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required
* Be an effective link between Sales and other departments at Shannon to help drive business forward.

Candidate Specification:
* Third level qualification in Business, Administration, Languages or Sales.
* Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Will be technically competent, having worked in a technology sales environment prior to this.
* Must be well organised and detail-oriented
* Self-starter with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to work on own initiative & also as part of a team.
