Role
This is a 6-month contract position. As a Senior KYC Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with AML and KYC requirements across both onboarding and periodic review processes. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to validate client information, maintain high data quality standards, and contribute to the efficient delivery of client due diligence services.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and complete KYC onboarding and periodic refresh activities in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
* Validate client information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Prepare periodic reports and process-related activity summaries as required.
* Apply sound judgement to resolve complex queries, investigating and gathering all relevant information prior to decision-making.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the KYC/AML function.
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an AML or KYC-related role, ideally within funds, banking or asset servicing.
* Strong working knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
* Proven experience managing KYC onboarding and periodic review operations.
* Client-focused mindset with a solid understanding of investor-related requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
