*Role Information:*
* Manage Guests reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met with a professional manner.
* Provide details of hotel facilities, offer Best Available Rates for the guests preferred dates giving options of the room types available.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
* Experience with Opera is preferable.
*Requirements:*
* Must be fluent in English both written and Oral
* Strong customer care skills
* Ability to organize and prioritize
* Experience with Opera PMS is a priority
* Having knowledge of third~party websites is desirable
* Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Confident and a clear communicator.
