Their product portfolio includes a wide range of print, digital, and e-learning tools used across primary and post-primary education. With continued growth in the Irish market, they are now looking to recruit two Field Sales Representatives to cover North Leinster and South Leinster.THE ROLE:In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and developing the company's educational resources across your defined territory. Your customers will include primary and post-primary schools, teachers, and booksellers. You will conduct both in-person and virtual meetings, presenting and demonstrating the product portfolio, supporting schools in choosing the right resources for their classrooms, and building long-term partnerships. This is a field-based role, with autonomy to manage your own diary and territory.THE PERSON:We are looking to speak with candidates who meet the following criteria:Level 8 Degree QualifiedB2B Field Sales ExperienceCurrent teachers or ex-teachers looking to transition into sales will also be consideredStrong presentation and communication skillsConsultative, personable, and confident building relationships with educatorsCommercially aware, ambitious, and motivated to succeed in a sales roleFull, clean driving licenceTHE PACKAGE:Basic Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 (DOE)Uncapped CommissionCompany CarPension SchemeLaptop & Mobile€10 per day lunch allowance (unreceipted)22 days annual leaveLOCATION:2 roles available - one covering North Leinster, one covering South Leinster.
