Requirements: Must have 2 modules complete (QQI Level 5 Care of the Older Person and Care Skills) Must be a driver with own transport Hours & Pay: Monday to Friday: Must be available to work between 8am 9pm ?
€16 per hour Every second weekend: work one day of your choice (Saturday or Sunday Saturday: €18 per hour Sunday: €19 per hour Travel Pay: Paid travel time (taxable): €1.00 per 1-hour visit (no payment for first and last call) Fuel bonus (non-taxable): up to €175 per month Job Description: (Redacted Company) is a family-owned organisation that values communication between care and office staff.
The team (Receptionists, Client Care Co-ordinators, Managers, HR and Recruitment) is always available to support carers.
Staff enjoy activities throughout the year to build strong bonds and are encouraged to develop through internal progression opportunities (e.g., Rapid Responder or office roles).
Training is provided with specialist tools such as an age simulation suit and geriatric care manikin to enhance learning.
Additional training includes: Stoma & catheter care Dementia & Alzheimers care Infection prevention & control This ensures carers feel confident and capable of providing the highest standard of care.
The mission is to deliver exceptional training and support so clients feel cared for as part of a family, not just a service.
