This opportunity comes at one of the most exciting times in our group history as we expand our brand portfolio.Job Description:You will be responsible for leading the strategic development, performance, and growth of all vehicle sales operations across the business. This includes overseeing new and used vehicle sales, managing sales teams and departmental managers, setting revenue and volume targets, and ensuring outstanding customer experience. The role is both strategic and operational, focused on delivering profitability, market share, and brand standards.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & PerformanceDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed vehicle sales targets (new and used).Monitor and report on key sales metrics (volume, margin, etc.).Drive market share growth through competitive analysis and local marketing initiatives.Forecast sales trends and align stock planning accordingly.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and motivate Sales Managers and their teams across multiple sites (if applicable).Set performance targets and implement regular reviews and training plans.Foster a performance-driven, customer-focused culture.Customer ExperienceEnsure high standards of customer service throughout the sales journey.Work closely with customer retention and CRM teams to boost loyalty and referrals.Monitor and improve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and online reputation metrics.Operational ManagementEnsure effective lead management, prospecting, and conversion strategies are in place.Monitor compliance with manufacturer standards, processes, and corporate identity.Liaise with marketing to deliver local campaigns, showroom events, and digital promotions.Reporting & ComplianceProduce detailed performance reports and present to senior management or board.Ensure full compliance with GDPR, and all other regulatory standards.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OEM programmes, incentives, and market activity.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 5 year's experience in a senior sales leadership role in the motor industry.Strong knowledge of new and used vehicle retail operations.Proven track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets.Excellent leadership, people management, and motivational skills.Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical capabilities.Experience with Dealer Management Systems (e.g. Kerridge, CDK, Pinnacle, Keyloop).Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.A passion for customer service and driving team excellence.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to work with an innovative and dynamic team.Career growth and professional development opportunities.Job Type: Full-timeLanguage:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
