We are hiring a Senior General Manager to help shape the Staycity guest journey. Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities
* Support all HODs in all aspects of running the property, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales and revenue.
* Ensure that all departments operate within Staycity Group brand SOPs, monitor feedback, and take timely action.
* Regularly evaluate individual and team performance against goals; provide constructive feedback through coaching, training, performance appraisals, and meetings.
* Produce forecasts for revenues and costs and monitor budgets; communicate any shortfalls promptly to the Executive On Duty (EOD).
* Ensure compliance with legislation and Staycity Group requirements regarding Health & Safety and other statutory regulations.
* Deliver department-specific training plans to enhance skills and align with strategic goals.
* Cultivate collaborative relationships across departments to promote effective communication and teamwork.
* Monitor guest feedback from surveys, third-party sites and guest stays; resolve disputes and complaints professionally within guidelines.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5+ years’ senior-level experience as a General Manager in large-scale hotel or aparthotel operations.
* Demonstrated success in driving revenue through strategic commercial initiatives.
* Humility, approachability, and an ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Forward-thinking and innovative mindset with a focus on operational improvements.
* Self-motivated leadership, able to inspire and guide the team effectively.
* Energetic, flexible, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
* Highly organized with keen attention to detail; able to make decisions under pressure.
* Ability to engage in strategic business discussions at a high level.
* Experience in training, guiding, and supporting teams and driving a performance-oriented culture.
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
