Join the in-house legal team of a leading European independent loan and asset management service provider. The successful candidate will be a pivotal member of the team, supporting critical functions across asset recovery, debt management, and real estate transactions. This role requires a blend of litigation management expertise, strong transactional skills, and an ability to act as the primary legal gateway for commercially sensitive projects. Key Responsibilities Document Management & Governance Execution Management: Carrying out initial reviews, coordinating, and managing the execution process for a variety of key documentation, including Deeds of Appointment and Discharge of Receivers, security releases, agency agreements, affidavits, and Debt Settlement Agreements. Gatekeeping & Redactions: Acting as the primarygatekeeper for commercially sensitive documentation, with sole responsibility for overseeing theredaction process to ensure confidentiality and compliance. Assurance Projects: Sole responsibility for overseeing and progressingFurther Assurance projects across all mandates, ensuring legal title and security documents are complete and enforceable. Real Estate & Property Transactions Transactional Drafting: Reviewing title and preparing Contracts for Sale in relation to Receiver/Real Estate transactions. Conveyancing Completion: Dealing with pre-contract enquiries and drafting completion documentation for various transactions, including those for large investment funds. Property Registration: Managing the registration of transfers and charges in respect of both registered and unregistered property. First Registration: Handling first registration applications following sales of properties, typically for properties under a value of one million euros. Litigation & External Counsel Management Case Support: Providing instructions and support to panel law firms regarding contentious proceedings, including applications relating toLis Pendens, Injunctions, Possession cases, and Well Charging applications. Liaison: Liaising with Asset Managers and externalPanel Firm solicitors, addressing general legal queries, and ensuring seamless communication in the management of high-volume litigation caseloads. Documentation: Drafting various legal documents required for enforcement and debt resolution, such as Transfer documents (Deeds of Transfer/Conveyance/Assignment) and Receiver Validity Letters. Essential Qualifications and Experience Successfully completed theProfessional Practice Course (PPC I & II) and expected to qualify as a Solicitor in Ireland, or be a newly qualified to mid-level Solicitor with demonstrable experience in relevant areas. A strong academic background, typically aBachelor of Civil Law Degree (or equivalent). Proven experience working inasset recovery, financial services litigation, or commercial property/conveyancing, gained either in a reputable private practice or an in-house setting. Key Skills and Attributes Technical & Regulatory Knowledge: Excellent knowledge ofmortgage loan documentation and an understanding of applicable regulations governing the financial services and credit servicing industries. Organisational Skills: Highly proficient in managing multiple, concurrent projects and documentation streams, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. IT Proficiency: Excellent IT capabilities and high proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with experience using Case Management Systems.
