Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant/Junior Quantity Surveyor located in Dublin. The Assistant/Junior QS will support cost management and budgeting, preparing tender documents, manage project cash flow, and maintain accurate project records. Duties will also involve monitoring construction progress, liaising with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the required standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 Years Experience
* Strong knowledge of cost management, budgeting, and quantity surveying techniques.
* Experience with tender preparation & submission, procurement processes, and cost control.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to maintain accurate project records.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant quantity surveying software is an advantage.
* A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
* Previous experience in construction, maintenance, and fit-out projects is highly beneficial.
