We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience managing projects from inception through to completion.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements. They will liaise with design teams to ensure works are completed according to programme, and report to the Contracts Manager.
* Create and manage project programmes, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
* Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors, coordinating weekly progress meetings and workshops.
* Liaise with local authorities and clients, providing updates on project development.
Requirements include a degree in Construction Management or similar (third-level qualification), and a minimum of 5 years' experience working with a Main Contractor or Fit Out contractor at management level in Ireland.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with excellent IT skills, good digital and visual presentational skills, and thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
