Job Title: Paralegal Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team of solicitors.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a legal secretarial role and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and confidential client files;
* Draft and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports;
* Manage calendars and schedule appointments;
* Assist with case management and litigation support;
* Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal staff.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role;
* Strong typing and computer skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
