HR Graduate Role Overview
The role of HR Graduate involves delivering a high-quality, flexible HR service with a focus on developing and maintaining early-career programmes, apprenticeship programmes and recruitment activities.
This position requires a strong understanding of HR policies and processes, as well as experience in an office/administrative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing early-career programmes, apprenticeship programmes and recruitment activities.
* Supporting the HR team in delivering its objectives in all areas, including recruitment & selection, HR policies and processes, HR systems & projects.
* Providing a professional and confidential HR generalist service to support the HR team in delivering its objectives.
The successful candidate will have gained an undergraduate degree in a Management-related field and have experience in HR or a related field.

* Strong understanding of HR policies and processes.
* Experience in an office/administrative environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
