Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to join the team at OSDM in a full-time hybrid role based in Naas, Co. Kildare. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing client accounts, and driving lead generation across a range of digital channels. Responsibilities include content creation, social media management, website content writing, and performance tracking through web analytics. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with strategic thinking and strong commercial awareness to deliver effective campaigns that enhance our clients' brands and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Client & Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring their needs are understood, campaigns are strategically designed, and performance goals are consistently met.
* Proposals & Budgeting: Create persuasive proposals for prospective clients and support the development, allocation, and management of campaign budgets.
* Digital Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives across various industries and platforms.
* Branding & Design: Apply your expertise in branding and graphic design to produce visually engaging marketing materials that reflect each client’s brand identity.
* Campaign Management: Execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing tools for maximum performance.
* Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to develop impactful content for websites, blogs, and social media, aligned with brand tone and audience engagement goals.
* Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and refine email marketing campaigns with a focus on automation, segmentation, and performance analysis.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, delivering clear and actionable insights.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and efficient campaign execution.
* Trend Awareness: Stay current with evolving digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
* Performance Optimisation: Identify areas of improvement within campaigns and recommend strategies to boost ROI and overall effectiveness.
* Sales & Lead Generation: Contribute to business growth through proactive sales outreach, lead generation efforts, and the cultivation of strategic partnerships.
* AI Integration: Utilise AI tools to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and elevate campaign performance through data-driven insights and automation.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong background in client/account management.
* Ability to design a full marketing strategy for a client
* Excellent strategic thinking and campaign creation abilities.
* 4+ years proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role. (agency experience a plus)
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
* Experience with SEO tools
* Familiarity with AI tools for marketing applications.
* Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
* Familiarity with website CMS platforms
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* A proactive attitude with a passion for digital marketing and innovation
