Job Overview:
As a Stores Team Leader, you will be based at our processing plant in Charleville, Co. Cork and will play a key role in the success of our operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders and delivery dockets, stocks and data on the stock control system, receiving goods and parts onto the system and into stores, and managing stock location, retrieval, and planning.
Additional responsibilities include leading 6S initiatives for stores, serving as a point of contact for stores, providing raw material planning and placing requests with procurement to ensure that all raw materials are available to meet production requirements, and providing reporting to key stakeholders in relation to raw materials, stock levels, and planning.
The ideal candidate will have/be computer literate, with demonstrated experience in email, database, spreadsheets, and computerised management systems, good organisational skills, capable of working on own initiative, excellent communication and interpersonal skills - fluency in English is required, and the ability to keep accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and delivery dockets
* Oversee the receipt and storage of goods and parts
* Plan and coordinate the movement of stock within the facility
* Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
* Provide regular updates to management on stock levels, ordering, and receipt
