Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for all procedures and processes associated with the manufacture of Commercial Large-Scale Drug Substance at our manufacturing facility.
The role will involve preparation, operation, and monitoring of equipment, use of business systems, and carrying out tasks including but not limited to cleaning, validation, in-process testing, and basic maintenance of equipment in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
* Work closely with the manufacturing operations team to facilitate development and validation of the manufacturing facility.
* Support Equipment Design/HAZOP reviews.
* Collaborate with Operations team to consistently deliver specific area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), e.g. EHS metrics, Production Plan, OEE compliance training.

The Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role,GMP experience, a level 7 qualification, or equivalent relevant education is required. Additionally an understanding of drug substance manufacturing operations would be beneficial.
