Assistant Night Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the Night Operations function, ensuring service delivery consistently meets Forbes Travel Guide luxury standards.
* Carry out front office duties, ensuring accurate awareness of nightly business activity and completion of operational and management reports.
* Deliver warm, intuitive, and personalised guest service, responding to queries efficiently and professionally.
* Build exceptional rapport with guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations in line with Forbes service philosophy.
* Conduct and accurately log all nightly security, fire, and safety checks.
* Support Food & Beverage departments during overnight operations when required.
* Ensure all cleaning standards, checklists, and presentation standards are fully maintained.
* Handle guest reservation enquiries with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
* Ensure meeting and function rooms are set up precisely to hotel and Forbes standards.
* Assist with team training and provide on-the-job coaching to ensure consistent service excellence.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an Assistant Night Manager or Night Supervisor within a 4 or 5-star or Forbes-recognised property.
* Strong knowledge of front office systems and luxury hotel operations.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A natural passion for luxury hospitality and delivering personalised guest experiences.
* The ability to lead by example and work collaboratively within a team environment.
* A full, clean driving licence.
* Flexibility and enthusiasm for working night shifts.
