Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sitecore Developer to lead the development and delivery of modern, headless digital experiences using Sitecore JSS. You will work closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and frontend teams to design scalable, cloud-native solutions that drive customer engagement and performance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, upgrade and maintain headless Sitecore applications using Sitecore JSS (JavaScript Services).Integrate with modern frontend frameworks (e.g.,, React, or Angular), with a strong understanding of rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR).Implement personalization, multi-language, and component-based architecture in Sitecore.Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy Sitecore apps using Azure App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure Front Door, and CDNs.Work with Content Authors and UX/UI teams to deliver seamless editorial and digital experiences.Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions.Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues across Sitecore and frontend layers.Maintain high standards for code quality, maintainability, testing, and documentation.Contribute to front-end architecture decisions and help evolve development standards.PREFERRED EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:6+ years of enterprise .NET / Sitecore development experience.2+ years hands-on experience with Sitecore JSS, SXA and headless Sitecore implementations (preferably Sitecore 10+).Strong understanding of Azure/AWS PaaS, including CI/CD pipelines, Application Insights, and cloud networking.Strong understanding in JavaScript and modern frameworks like, React, or Angular.Deep understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture, serialization tools (e.g., SCS, Items-as-a-Service), and content modeling.Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks in a composable architecture.Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.NICE-TO-HAVE:Familiarity with Sitecore composable Platforms like XM Cloud, Personalize or Content HubProven experience migrating Sitecore XP to XM Cloud or cloud-native transitionsExposure to Azure FunctionsSitecore certified v10+Exposure to MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless)PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:Typically, to advance to a new job level, a candidate must demonstrate professional behaviour and should consistently be at the high end of meeting expectations or consistently exceed expectations.TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Hybrid role with an expected on site presence in our new Dublin office 2–3 days per week.
