Healthcare Catering Assistant
Job Description:
Broadline Recruiters are seeking a qualified Healthcare Catering Assistant for immediate start. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working in a hospital or nursing home catering setting, or come from a high-volume commercial catering background.
The successful candidates will be part of a friendly and motivated catering team, working in some of the largest healthcare settings and nursing homes throughout Wicklow. Key responsibilities include setting up daily service, serving meals to patients, day-to-day cleaning of units and kitchens, probing food temperatures and maintaining health and safety regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Relevant Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience working in hospital/nursing home catering settings or equivalent high volume commercial backgrounds.
* Certifications & Training:
* HACCP level 1 training;
* manual handling training HSEland;Garda Vetting valid for two years.
