Project Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a 2-year upgrade project in Wicklow.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Represent the business at client sites.
* Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
* Create and manage project budgets.
* Hire and manage project staff, procure materials and equipment, and ensure resources are available when needed.
* Lead the project team, motivate employees, and ensure they work efficiently and effectively.
* Oversee construction quality, conduct inspections, and ensure projects meet quality standards and specifications.
* Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
