About the Position
As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading group-wide financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role requires a strong technical accounting background and excellent leadership skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee financial operations across the group, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management.
* Deliver timely and accurate monthly and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
* Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring reconciliations and transfer pricing adjustments are accurate.
* Maintain compliance with all regulatory and tax reporting obligations.
* Partner with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth interactions.
* Lead revenue analysis and optimisation strategies to drive business growth.
* Manage financial risks, including compliance, fraud, and cybersecurity risks.
* Support business leaders with financial planning, commercial insight, and performance analysis.
* Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Requirements:
* Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
* 5+ years post-qualification experience as a Financial Controller, ideally in a regulated or global organisation.
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and reporting skills.
* Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
* Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
