KNOW THE ROLE
As a Sales Associate, You Will
* Provide exceptional customer service by developing a detailed knowledge of the product
* Develop detailed knowledge of the product in order to provide exceptional customer service
* Build, develop, and maintain your own client database and demonstrate the luxury lifestyle in everything you do
* Resolve customer complaints promptly
* Replenish stock and support the team in stock takes
* Participate in and present Jimmy Choo during promotional events and other activities
* Have the opportunity to contribute ideas and suggestions that will support the Store's performance
