Senior Litigation Secretary Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Secretary to fill a dynamic position in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital dictation and drafting of documents, correspondence, pleadings, and briefs for medical negligence cases.
* Interact with the Managing Partner to resolve day-to-day issues effectively.
* Efficiently manage and organise the Partner's calendar.
* Handle client queries professionally and promptly.
* Maintain accurate file management and ensure the safe handling of confidential data.
* Perform general administration tasks as required.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Litigation Secretary is essential.
* Medical negligence experience is a requirement.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise a heavy workload are necessary.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Diary Management, Case Management (Evolve desirable), and Discovery Management is required.
* Strong administration skills and ability to work independently are expected.
* Professional manner with excellent written and oral communication skills is essential.
