Responsibilities
Support the kitchen team in consistently delivering five-star standards of cuisine and quality to guests.
Ensure all guest food requests and dietary requirements are met.
Ensure all products used are of high quality, exceeding standard requirements.
Meet standards in relation to mis en mise, food preparation, cooking, presentation, and hygiene.
Excel in communication with food service personnel.
Demonstrate flexibility, dedication, and a desire to grow within our 5* Resort.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years previous Chef de Partie experience in a similar environment.
Excellent knowledge of standards and consistent quality in line with 5* resort benchmarks.
Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
Good training and recognised chef qualifications.
Good working knowledge of HACCP.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Availability to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
