The company is entering an exciting scale-up phase and is hiring a
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
who excels in systems, structure, and leadership.
This is a senior role for someone eager to help build a category-defining agency and drive its next stage of growth.
The COO will take full ownership of internal operations, enabling the founder to focus on growth, partnerships, and strategy.
Your mission: to turn the agency into a scalable, high-performing organisation where every team member understands expectations, is supported by clear systems, and is motivated to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead company-wide people and culture initiatives
Oversee hiring, onboarding, progression, and performance frameworks
Implement scalable systems, processes, and SOPs across departments
Manage and align functional leads across Paid Media, Creative, Email, and Client Success
Establish structured reporting rhythms, KPIs, and regular performance reviews
Support financial tracking through forecasting, budgeting, and margin optimisation
Drive efficiency and innovation through automation, AI, and workflow optimisation
Ideal Candidate
5-7 years of proven experience in a scaling environment—preferably in an agency, SaaS, or tech-enabled services business
Solid understanding of marketing and growth fundamentals (CAC, retention, margins, delivery models)
A people-first leader with a performance-driven mindset
Highly organised, analytical, and process-oriented
Passionate about systems thinking, efficiency, and operational excellence
