* Qualified accountant with 5 years PQE, ideally in medium or large practice
* Strategic thinker with strong business acumen

* Confident in delivering under pressure and to deadlines

Your Role

* Own and manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring technical excellence and consistent methodology
* Maintain high standards of audit quality across all engagements
* Deliver accurate and timely reporting to Partners and clients
* Lead audit planning, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance

* Mentor, train, and develop junior staff within the audit team
* Collaborate with advisory, tax, and financial advisory colleagues on client projects
* Support strategic business planning and technical accounting initiatives for clients
* Monitor departmental resources and utilisation to achieve client service and firm targets
