The Role
I am currently recruiting for a Personal Lines Account Executive with an Insurance broker based in Cork.
This position is responsible for managing existing client relationships and servicing a portfolio of personal lines insurance products, including car, home, and van policies.
A strong focus is placed on sales and account growth through new business generation, cross-selling, renewals, and client retention, while consistently delivering high-quality customer service and advice aligned with client needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a brokerage or insurance environment.
This role falls under MCC requirements, and APA certification is the minimum mandatory qualification.
Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and insurers.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of the personal lines insurance market, products, and services.
A commitment to ongoing learning and staying informed about emerging industry trends, standards, protocols, and legislation.
A proven ability to manage an individual book of business efficiently while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
