Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the delivery of a person-centered service to all clients
* Provide support and supervision to staff team members
* Liaise with families and other personnel as directed by the Centre Manager
* Adhere to HIQA regulations and maintain reporting standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Third-level graduate in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
* Experience of management and supervising individuals and teams
* Experience of working within a HIQA registered service

About the Role:
The Team Leader will assist the Residential Services Manager in the delivery of a quality client-focused service. They will have a role in the management and planning of the existing service, implementing and ensuring HIQA regulations and Rehab Care standards while overseeing the delivery of a quality, customer-focused service.
