Job Title: Business Support Officer
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Support Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, supporting the Business Support Team, and maintaining good relationships with colleagues and external agencies.
* Coordinate office activities and collaborate with the Business Support Team on shared responsibilities.
* Provide administrative support to ensure robust business functions across the agency.
* Assist with various administration projects throughout the year as needed.
* Maintain good relationships and teamwork with colleagues and external agencies.
* Organize conferences, seminars, and other events as required.
* Support the Director in their administrative duties.
* Maintain confidentiality in all work undertaken.
* Ensure all administrative functions comply with National Standards and assist in preparation for inspections.
* Punctually attend and participate in company events, team meetings, training courses, supervision sessions, and appraisals.
Core Tasks
The Business Support Officer will be responsible for the following core tasks:
* Log referrals on the company database system.
* Regularly request and track care plans and care orders.
* Maintain an accurate carer vacancy list and distribute it regularly to teams nationally.
* Prepare accurate reports and documentation.
* Perform other administrative tasks as required.
