About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Project Cost Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to a large industrial and commercial project in Kildare.

The successful candidate will work closely with our site agents, project managers, operations manager and directors to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
">
Your Key Responsibilities:
">
">
* Manage all costs relating to the project, including procurement and subcontracting
">
* Produce monthly cost value reports and track project outputs, progress and programme
">
* Develop positive working relationships with clients, customers and stakeholders
">
* Comply with health and safety procedures and policies to ensure the role is carried out without risk to self and others
">
">
">
Requirements:
">
To be considered for this role, you must have a third-level Quantity Surveying qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-grad experience in a commercial surveying role.
">
You should have good knowledge of working with various contract types and experience of cost value reporting and sub-contract procurement.
">
