Project Supervisor Engineering Installations Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage small-to-medium-scale engineering works on-site.
* Supervise a team of tradespeople across fabrication and electrical disciplines.
* Coordinate task scheduling, materials, and daily work activities.
* Support health & safety compliance and ensure safe systems of work.
* Report progress, issues, and timelines to senior site engineering staff.
* Assist with resolving technical faults or breakdowns where needed.
* Prepare and amend basic technical drawings using CAD tools.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for coordinating small in-house teams and supporting the delivery of site-based engineering projects. The position involves planning and managing small-to-medium-scale engineering works on-site, supervising a team of tradespeople, and coordinating task scheduling, materials, and daily work activities.
What You'll Need:
* Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment.
* Knowledge of stainless steel fabrication and welding.
* Familiarity with electrical systems in a plant or industrial setting.
* Ability to work from and modify technical drawings (AutoCAD).
* Solid IT skills (MS Office, scheduling & reporting tools).
* Strong communicator and problem-solver with a practical mindset.
* Relevant technical qualification in engineering, fabrication, or similar.
