Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Director to lead our restaurant & bar team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for shaping the success of our establishment, both operationally and commercially.
Your role will involve leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience, driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives & marketing efforts, and enhancing customer loyalty.
You will be required to manage operational efficiency, from budgeting to resource allocation, ensuring cost control and top-tier service; Foster efficient and collaborative working relationships with senior leadership to execute business strategies and exceed performance targets and to ensure excellence in service standards, food quality, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives & marketing efforts
* Enhance customer loyalty through effective relationship-building
* Manage operational efficiency, including budgeting and resource allocation
* Foster collaborative working relationships with senior leadership
* Ensure excellence in service standards, food quality, and safety regulations
Requirements:
* 3 Years General Management experience in a busy bar and restaurant environment
* Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills
* Proven track record in driving profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience
* Operational expertise in managing fast-paced food & beverage environments
* A passion for team development and mentorship
* Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative
* Flexible with working 5 days per week, including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays
* Computer Literate
