Executive Kitchen Leader
The Executive Kitchen Leader will assume responsibility for their section and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional cuisine with consistency and flair.
They will work closely with a highly skilled team, gaining hands-on experience and professional development under one of Ireland's most respected Chefs.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality-driven or fine dining kitchen. They should be passionate about Irish ingredients, seasonality, and sustainability, calm, reliable, and committed to high standards, ambitious, and eager to learn and progress within a respected kitchen team.
