Job Overview
The Production Technician is a critical role in our production team, operating across multiple shifts. Key responsibilities include the start-up of moulding machines, problem identification and resolution, continuous process improvement, and validation of new products.
* Start-up moulding machines and programme robots for optimal performance
* Identify, analyze, and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime
* Contribute to ongoing process improvements through data-driven insights and collaborative efforts
* Validate new projects using scientific injection moulding principles
Requirements:
* A minimum of a Level 6 qualification in Manufacturing or Engineering is preferred, however extensive experience will be considered if not attained
* Proficiency in troubleshooting validation issues associated with process development is essential
* Experience in scientific injection moulding processing is necessary for success in this role
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Familiarity with Fanuc and Demag machine operation
* Experience with Star robot systems
* Ability to work effectively within an ISO-compliant environment
