A well-established legal practice is seeking a Full-Time Litigation Secretary to join a busy litigation team in a fully on-site role. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, assisting with a wide range of litigation matters in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing, typing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
* Managing diaries, court dates, and deadlines
* Filing and serving court documents
* Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties
* Maintaining files in accordance with office procedures
* Providing general administrative support as required
Requirements
* Previous experience in a legal or professional office environment
* Litigation experience is advantageous but not essential
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Good typing and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional, reliable, and courteous manner
