Location: Dublin North Salary: €45-50k basic Type: Full-time, permanent Our client, a thriving group company, is seeking an Customer Service Supervisor to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of two, managing the end-to-end order scheduling and delivering best-in-class customer service. This role is great mix of operational oversight, team leadership and direct customer engagement, with a strong focus on accuracy, proactive communication, and the continuous development of the customer service function. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a small customer service team Act as the main point of escalation for customer queries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Oversee and manage order scheduling Take ownership of approved contracts, managing their setup and processing Maintain accurate contract records Liaise with customers to coordinate and adjust delivery schedules in line with project timelines and site readiness Coordinate with suppliers on order requirements Handle day-to-day customer communication Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members, including performance management Identify and implement improvements to processes and systems Ad-hoc duties as required Key Skills 3+ years experience in a customer service or operations coordination role with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead position Strong experience in order management, scheduling, or supply chain coordination and proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service High level of attention to detail and excellent organisational and communication skills Experience using ERP systems Intact experience an advantage but not essential A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes, systems and overall service delivery Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
