Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio
Support asset management strategies to enhance value and performance
Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
Liaise with property managers, tenants, and external advisors
Assist with acquisitions, disposals, and leasing activities
Monitor market trends and contribute to strategic decision-making
Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
Job Requirements
Degree in Property Economics, Real Estate, Surveying, or a related discipline
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel /Word/PowerPoint and general IT skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn
Desirable
Working towards (or interest in pursuing) professional accreditation (e.g., SCSI/RICS)
Previous internship or work experience in real estate desirable but not essential.
