Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage potential corporate clients with international payment and FX needs Build and manage a pipeline through outbound activity, research, and networking Conduct structured conversations to understand client requirements and identify opportunities Develop client relationships and support the growth of a portfolio alongside senior team members Present suitable solutions and manage the sales process through to conversion Maintain accurate records of all activity and opportunities within internal systems Represent the organisation professionally across phone, email, and in-person interactions Knowledge & Experience Experience in a target-driven or sales-focused environment Strong relationship-building skills across different levels of seniority Comfortable using multiple communication channels (phone, email, face-to-face) Previous business development or outbound sales experience is beneficial Interest in financial markets or financial services is an advantage
