Wedding & Events Manager (Hospitality / Hotel)
€45,000 + Performance Bonus (up to €5,000)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced wedding and events professional to take ownership of one of the most important revenue streams within a well-known hospitality venue.
You will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of weddings and special events from initial enquiry through to execution, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience. Working closely with the wider operations team, you will play a key role in maintaining the venue’s strong reputation for memorable celebrations while also supporting the growth of future bookings.
This role would suit an experienced Wedding Coordinator, Senior Events Executive, or Events Manager who is ready to take full ownership of the wedding and events function within a busy hospitality environment.
The Role
Manage all wedding and event enquiries from initial consultation through to confirmation and final delivery.
Meet with customers and event clients to understand their vision and guide them through the planning process.
Coordinate closely with kitchen, operations, reservations, and management teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Prepare event schedules, function sheets, and operational briefs to ensure all departments are aligned.
Attend wedding showcases, venue tours, and promotional events to support future bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and industry partners.
Support revenue generation by maximising wedding and event opportunities and ensuring a high level of conversion from enquiries to confirmed bookings.
Ensure all events are delivered to a consistently high standard, maintaining the venue’s reputation for quality and service.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years’ experience managing weddings or events within a hotel, venue, or hospitality environment. This could include experience as a Wedding Coordinator, Senior Events Executive, or Events Manager.
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent client facing skills with the ability to build rapport with couples and event clients.
A proactive and solutions focused approach when managing event logistics.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
