International trade company with business relations over 15 countries (supply of peanuts, nuts and dried fruits) is looking for a purchase and logistic assistant to work in the office. It's a chance to join the team of professionals and operate serious volumes of commodities over 10000 metric tons per year (400 containers). You will grow as professional in relationships with different international suppliers, marine logistic sphere and will be able to manage complex processes and make daily decisions. Job position include possibilities to visit international fairs, trade shows, suppliers. Office in the center, O'Connell Street Upper.
Functions:
* Managing shipment schedule with suppliers to fulfilling purchase contracts.
* Coordination of document packages for marine shipments (bills of lading, certificates, etc.)
* Coordination with warehouse in Riga as point of delivery for sea containers.
* Contact with clients about drafts of documents, labels, schedule, etc.
* Organization of paper work and backoffice support (contracts, specifications, accounts, etc.), connected with purchase and logistic activity
* Receiving and sending correspondence (DHL, FedEx etc.)
* phone answering
Salary once a month,
For first year EUR + Annual bonus
Requirements
* EU citizen or residence in Ireland with work permit stamp (1g or 4 etc). Student's stamps not allowed
* Russian or Portuguese or Spanish language - will be your advantage, as our suppliers are in Latin America and clients - in Russian speaking countries.
* Experience in international logistics is welcomed (with shipping lines, with certificates, etc.)
